so i put in a new aftermarket clutch and it cam with this crappy throw out bearing with plastic tabs that hold it onto the release fork well being plastic they broke off now my trans makes this terrible vibration noise. could this be the problem?

exactly. Who knows what else is causing it in addition to that

Replace the TOB-always check the alignment on the tabs as it's easy to break them. Use a mirror if necessary.
