Driving down the highway in 5th gear...I go to down shift and can't get out of gear WTF!!

I pulled over and checked all the lines and they seem good no leaks...I checked the slave and master no leaks there and the slave still moves.

Can it be the clutch? Even though I can get it to roll??

Will it change gears with the car off? if not check your linkage both in the car and under the hood.
