#6820, "auto to 5spd vss wiring ?"

To start off, this is for a 97 rs.When wiring the vss, I am assuming that the wires going to pins 43 and 44 are just tapped into instead of cutting them because they are power and ground for other components also, aka shared circuits.

My big question is do I also tap to pin 66 or do I cut that wire and run directly from vss to ecu.

I thought my first post was pretty self explanitory. I am wiring the vss(vehicle speed sensor) up after doing an auto to 5spd conversion on a 97 eclipse rs. Did I say the exact thing when I first asked?

bah, ill just put it here again.

you just tap.

you could just cut the speedo one and solder it to the end that leads to the ecu, but I tapped it to be able to undo it, should I ever need to/want to.
