#6656, "Can I use a PT Cruiser non turbo clutch in my Eclipse?"

Hi people,

I was wondering if I was able to use a PT Cruiser non turbo 2.4 clutch in my Eclipse 420A without any modifications made to anything, just bolt on. Any help you can give me will be welcomed. Thanks.

The non-turbo modular clutch for a PT Cruiser will bolt up with no modifications emoji I don't believe the PT's include a new throw out bearing though so you might have to get that seperate.

I don't know the exact specs, but it does have a higher clamping force than the one for the Eclipse. Just a mild upgrade without dropping alot of $$ on an aftermarket clutch.

Well, said. Good clutch that should last well.

Thanks for your help people. So I have one last question. What throw-out bearing do I have to use? The PT Cruiser one or the Eclipse one? Thanks for your help, and keep helping newbies like me!!!

Doesn't matter. Go to Advance Auto or Napa and get one for the Eclipse, that way you can tell them your year/make/etc and get the correct one.
