#6279, "Clutch pedal questions"

I searched and haven't quite found the answer I'm looking for, here are my two questions:

1. What holds the clutch master cylinder to the pedal? (see picture)The swap guide doesn't mention what holds it in place.

2. Where does the clutch pedal spring connect to? (see picture)

3. What is that plug/wire for on the clutch pedal? (see picture)

Sorry for all of these questions, just want to make sure my mtx swap is right. emoji Thanks in advance.

Ok, I figured out how the spring works, but does anyone know what size/type bolt holds the master cylinder push rod onto the pedal? Thanks in advance.

Ok, I finally got it, I bought a through bolt fastener from Lowe's and some cotter pins, clutch pedal is ready! Here are pictures for anyone else wondering how the master cylinder mounts to the pushrod.

Here is my clutch pedal installed, I went the cheaper route and cut the brake pedal instead of buying an MTX one. I used aftermarket pedals to clean things up a bit, I hope this helps people who are also doing the mtx swap.

Good luck on the swap. Take pictures of what you are doing. I still need to crop/host the photos I have taken of my swap, but after working all day and then working on the car for a little while I haven't felt like it. Maybe we can get a better writeup soon.

Thanks, I have pictures of my swap since I started, a writeup would be a good idea. Just pm me if you want to work up a writeup.

Well I actually started a thread that I am going to use as a discussion base for my swap. I've been taking pictures throughout the swap, but I've been a little bit busy to start posting pictures. As soon as I do though I'll PM you for input or ask if you have pictures for what is needed. I'll give you credit for whatever input you or anybody else contributes to the swap info.

Alright that sounds good, that way I can supply pictures/steps you don't have or vice/versa.
