Alright...it's time for a new clutch and an aluminum flywheel.

I know that to go non-modular I need to get Neon parts of some sort.
I'm going N-M for more clutch options.
I don't have to worry about cost because I do my own work.
I have noticed there are more lightweight flywheels available for neons in the 95+ range than N/T eclipses.
SO...my question...
if I buy the flywheel for the 95 year Neon and already have the bolts for that application is that it to go non-modular? Just find a clutch for that year neon flywheel?

I have search, but a hard-core yes no is hard to find.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Am I right with the year of Neon?
I have read that the 95, 96 and up flywheels will work on our car with a non-modular clutch.

Thanks for your reply, also.

Cheers

OK, as Terry says, hardcore yes.

Now for the Neon year; the 95 is the year that has the non modular flywheel. The confusion of other neon's having non modular probably comes from the Mexican Neon's. They come non mod on the 1st gen's (I believe it is up to 99). So if a Mexican Neon got imported somehow then you may have, say, a 97 with a non mod flywheel. But for parts, I always went with the 95.
