I have a clutchmasters stage 4 six puck ceramic modular clutch. From what I remember about a stock clutch, the pedal pressure is about the same. It does take little getting used to while daily driving, but nothing 30 minutes of city driving won't fix.
I had my modular clutch cryotreated, but that won't affect how it feels one way or the other.
You will have two choices when going with the stage 4. They come in 6 and 4 puck designs. The six puck just came out and holds 15 ft lbs of torque less than the 4 puck, but is suppose to last longer and is easier to drive on the street. This is what I was told by clutchmasters.
I have not driven the 4 puck, but many others (including Dino) have used it. Their only complaint seemed to be that it didn't last as long as expected for a clutch that costs so damn much. This is why I went with the 6 puck design and had it frozen.
I now have 1K miles on this clutch with the new engine setup.
Hahn made 500hp on that clutch and it held fine, but above that it wouldn't hold/slipped. I don't remember how much torque (which is how you rate it), but if you plan on making more than 500whp you might look at something custom or a twin disc.

Yes for non mod you will need a flywheel. Non mod will leave you the option to just change out the disc or PP. Using the non mod set-up is a little bit more flexible in your choices.
You can look up Neon clutches for for a 95 Neon for parts choices on the non mod. If you go that route, you will need to get the longer bolts for the flywheel. You can, of course, now go for the fidanza flywheel.
