Im getting a 3.55 trans, and its stock minus it has a welded diff pin, now im going to put in a quaife LSD, so what will i need to do to get the stock diff out if the pin is welded or will it be a problem?

welded diff pin wont make a difference. Just remove the diff and install your quaife.
