ok so thanksgiving day my TOB took a massive dump on me. so i spent turkey day tearing that down..and so i get it back together and now i have this hideous squealing noise..come to find out the throw out bearing is riding on the pressure plate fingers..that and the clutch fork seems to have an awful lot of slop in it. could this be the cause of my problems? also is the TOB designed to ride on the pressure plate fingers or not? cuz when i let off the clutch pedal, the clutch fork and TOB doesnt completely dis-engage from the clutch..is this normal or something to be concerned about cuz i figure it will cause premature failure of the TOB.
