Hey I've been reading the boards for a while now couple months and I love the search button but it seems I couldn't find to much about my problem. Ok when I accelerate WOT, sometimes my clutch vibrates a lot afterwards when shifting, and after a little bit of normal driving it will go away. It seems ok when it's starts up for the first time of the day. I have a 95 esi with 225 000kms.

Umm... if your clutch is vibrating... it's about to explode lol.
You didn't even mention what kind of clutch you have.
It's probably one (or both) of your inner CV joints. A bad one can cause a vibration under accerlation, and then mostly go away when you get off the gas.

My car is all stock. I recently got my clutch fluid flushed along with trany gearbox oil. The pedal vibrates when engaging it will go away with normal driving after a certain time.

Well it was about a week or two after that I noticed my pedal vibrating. There's something odd, today I reved to 6000 rpms in first gear then punching it after I shifted to second. The pedal didn't vibrate this time just felt different like smoother easyer to push in. Well i'm thinking it's slave cylinder but not for sure.
