Second owner of a 96 rs 5-speed 122,000 miles. At times it does not want to go into second gear. Only that gear gives me problems. Trans guy said that clutch is grabbing but still might have to be changed cause of miles. I know it dont cost no $750.00. What do you think?

I think get anoter clutch, do the install yourself, and wipe your ass with the extra $500 or so emoji

up here in ct the cheapest stock clutch was for $250.00. Gonna do in the next week or two.

Why wont it go into 2nd? is it grinding? or will it just not go?

I doubt its a clutch.
