well i just put in another tranny first one i replace i kinda used the wrong fluid well it happens but this one we have the right fluid 15$ fluid and it was running great till i pulled of interstate one day and it is really difficult to down shift now.. no grinding at all the clutch is fully engaged and just stiff as a board to try adn shift down when i rev the engine up it will loosen up and slide into gear just fine... and at a complete stop will go into any and all gears. haven't had time to look at the linkage im thinking thats waht it could be.. but if anyone has any ideas plz let me know. thnk you? haha

Poss clutch problem. Make sure your clutch is adjusted properly. Verify your linkage os clear but i dont think the linkage is bound at all. By reving the motor you are rev matching the gears, thats how you shift with a trans that doesnt use synchro's (tractors).
