i replaced my clucth and TOB and all that about a month ago and it works fine but recently when i drive i hear that " rocks in a can" noise . its not too loud but its def noticable. when the car is stopped at idle its fine with clutch in or out but anytime i accellerate i hear it. but it still shifts ok and stuff and grabs tight? anyone know why? the TOB is on right. if i push the clutch in when i am moving it goes away , but soon as i let it out its back .

I would drop your inspection cover and check the flywheel bolts......off the top of my head it sounds like the bolts could be loose. Also check the the shift fork hasnt come loose from the pivot point, i doubt it but it cant hurt to chk since you will have the slave removed.
When you put load on the trans the springs in the clutch disk are giving and rebounding, this can cause the flywheel portion to move back and forth if it is loose.
I dont think its the TOB because it would do it at idle.

Really sounds like the TOB wobbling around on the release fork...mine does it too, but i only notice it when i'm at idle, clutch pedal not depressed..i dont hear it when driving at all..even though it is still doing it i'm sure, but i guess its not *that* loud as to where you can hear it over the car.. Like terry said, check all your bolts with the clutch to be sure they are tight. Just hope your flexplate bolts are tight as well, that bolt to the crank..
