I have a question about the wiring portion?? can i keep the
a/t ecu and still be able to use the MT? also what do i do
about the neutral safty switch. ive heard that i need to
unplug the TCU (where is tcu located on my car? how can i hook
up my speedo?
You can still use the A/T ECU with the new M/T trans. You will still have the A/T redline and maybe some other undesirable things (ignition retard). It is best to swap in a M/T ECU when possible. You pick apart the wire harnesses that went to the A/T and send some of those wires to new places (per the previous web page). You should remove the TCU. For the '95, it is right next to the ECU in the engine bay. Be sure to hook up the clutch pedal switch. The car will not start without this. Also be sure that your switch operates in the correct manner. For the clutch pedal, the switch should close when the pedal is pressed down. If you pulled the clutch pedal from a turbo car, the switch actually operates opposite of this (speaking from experience). Be sure to hook the brake pedal switch up if you swapped this pedal assembly. You will not have brake lights or cruise control otherwise. The speedometer hooks directly to the speed sensor on the trans (per the previous web page).

The timing map between the 2 ECUs are different. You really should swap to an MT ECU when you do this. Though I can't say for certain on a 95, when I did it on my 99 you HAVE to remove the TCU or your speedometer will not work.

The timing maps are different. Trust me. Dyno with the AT ECU then pop in the MT ECU. You'll watch HP go up and TQ go down. I made 120whp and 125 lbft of tq on the AT ECU ... on the MT ECU I made 127whp and 120lb-ft of tq. And of course the stupid CEL too.
