#4267, "is our clutch and flywheel all one piece?"


          

i was told that on my 97 rs the clutch and flywheel and press plate are all one and riveted together. is this true? and if so . i found a clutch kit that comes already together with the flywheel and all bolted together ill just buy that, but i dunno.. does anyone know ? on my hondas i would just change the disc and press plate . ive never seen one all together??

91 civic hatch, homemade turbo+ LS motor = 12 sec street car.

Yes, we have "modular" clutches, where the flywheel and pressure plate are one piece, rivited together. This assemby bolts up to the starter ring plate(flexplate),and that flexplate bolts to the crank.
