At minimum, you need the 2GNT bellhousing and the 2GNT shift select levers.

you say at a minimum, what else could be needed. I have an '02 neon trans w/a cracked bellhousing just waiting to get put in. I figured new driveshaft seals, TO bearing, and clutch. any other suggestions? thanks

Dino is referring to anyting damaged on your trans. SOHC will require bellhousing (obviously you said it was cracked) shift levers on top. seals are good to get. You will need anyting you break in the process, mounts, bolts, speed sensor if yours is bad or the SOHC didnt come with one at all you will need the speedo gear. if you break the output shaft bearing you will need that, if any seals are leakign you will need those. Get the Idea?
