On a 220 mile trip today, my car popped outta 5th gear 17 times. About 10 of these times I was actually holding it in 5th and it still managed its way out. How much do synchros run? I'm at 100,6XX miles. Should I look into a new clutch, SOHC 5th gear, or possibly and after market clutch such as SPEC Stage 1/2? I'm gonna drive her this way until I make enough to get her fixed.
