Hey guys,
I just need to know if that pin, that connects from the clutch pedal and goes through the firewall, is supposed to be dry. I've checked two 2gnt's and they have a fluid that is sort of leaking around the black surround. I'm just curious to see if it's supposed to be there as lubrication or if it indeed is a problem with the Master Cylinder. Thanks.

My old master cylinder leaked a little bit of fluid around the push rod, my new one does not at all. If it gets to the point it drips on the carpet or along the firewall insulation then you probably need to rebuild the master clutch cylinder

Thanks =D.. I'm taking out my c.master cylinder tomorrow. I took it off halfway, but got lazy =/.. (and I'm such a hypocrit because I was bitching about how I need my car back and running.)
