#3794, "Tranny mounts?"

So sometimes i notice in low rpms when i let off the gas it feels like i am hit in the the back. kinda hard to explain. It doesnt do it when the car shifts only at low. also if i punch it and at about 4k it let off and then punch it real quick i hear a big clunk noise. Could this be a broken mount? If so how might I be able to tell?

yes, probably the front or rear motor mount (not the tranny mount), just get down there are look, its probably cracked right through the rubber spline
