Ok, I was driving my car down the road and I stopped at a stop sign and took off again and it shifted into 2nd gear and when it got up to 45 mph it like shifted into neutral because when I pushed on the gas pedal it just revved the engine? So I pulled over and turned the car off. Then I went again and it shifted into 2nd fine and then when it got past 40 mph it shifted into neutral again and just revved the motor!! Do you have any clue what this could be?? ANY HELP would be very appreciated!!!! Its a 1995 Eagle Talon, automatic 420a Thanks, Justin Also a guy told me it was the end clutch?? Could this be it or what? Where is the end clutch even at? Thanks again!

lift the front end of the car.... and give very lil gas.... this will cause it to shift quickly w/o damaging anything. see if it shifts into 3rd that way. if not one of two things have occured valve body plug (lack of fluid pressure) , or bas 3/4 clutch pack (rebuild)
jake post the results soon so i can answer back for ya

that is called limp mode and can be caused by serveral things ie: fluid pressure low / leaking , bad input/output sensors, bad/burnt clutch discs , valve body error , or tcu error. "THE ATX GOD"
