have we figured it out yet. I am planning on just cutting pin to 10 from tcu instead of fight the confusion of the ecu wiring mess. With some having orange, some having orange with black stripe. Some having all white all on pin 8, most going to a tach not the tcu. Two books with different anwsers. if everyone agrees it is pin 10 in tcu I will continuity test each wire on my ecu to find it for sure.

ok who wants results?

Well cut the wire from pin 8. Decided to try it cause acording to chrysler manueals that is the correct pin. Corbin has it listed in his manuel as a tach signal. Well my tach is working fine with that wire cut. It is white with black stripe. Easy to find cause pin 10 is labeled and pin 7 has a black plastic cap over it so there is no wire there. I haven't driven it very far so it has learned anything yet, but the car fells strong right away. Still shifts normal right now not harder at all.

ok well I got me an error code today. However the mod seems to be working cause it was shiftting at 5 k for a while. I dont smell burning fuel though. My codes are 12 pcm voltage interrupt, I didn't disconnect the battery so that is wierd. And also 21 upstream ho2s voltage at center. I dont know any help is appreciated.

By my diagram...you cut wire 48, not 8. They mirror each other in the connector. That is the front O2 sensor output (white wire black stripe). The tach wire (pin 8) is solid white. That explains why your tach still works and you have an O2 code.

yep wrong wire. sorry..
as far as I know this mod doesnt work on 95's cause the torque reduction signal is sent through the CCD bus not a seperate wire like on the 96-99's

nope pin 8 is the front o2 sensor. I got a schematic form the dealer service manuel today that matchs mine. The 1 on asog is not for 2gnt it is for cloud cars. Then have different pinouts. I have a copy of it. There is no trd circuit in 95 tcu. Well geuss I will start working on the ecu/tcu swap. If u want a copy of this schematic let me now. I dont have hosting. I dont no where u got that schematic corbin it doesn't match my ecu or this schematic. So no it is not possible in 95. Damn. I think there was a split ecu in 95. It split in nov. 94.

My schematic and pin out is right from the 1995 Talon Electrical Manual. It matches my car, at least. There may very well be 2-3 different ECU's for that year. E-mail your schematic to cbehnken@ixpres.com and I'll add it to my website.
