i wanted to bleed my trans and add some new fluid for my track day ... now is there a plug ? or do i need to drop the pan ? any info would be great ..and also if i do need to drop the pan is the seal reuseable?

I believe unless you have tapped it with a plug you have to drop the pan. And I am not sure that the stock gasket is reusable. I think you need to replace but they do make one that you can reuse. So swap that gasket (the reusable one) in there. Correct me if I am wrong.
the trans pan is sealed by black RTV. you can buy a reusable trans oil pan gasket (just like the block oil pan gasket) from the dealer for i *think* around 50 bucks. after 5 or 6 trans pan drops ive learned to hate RTV haha. that gasket solved that problem.

ok guys i made a sort of custom fluid remover .... now dont laugh
i used one of my friends silicone hoses and belive it or not a nozzle from a windex bottle .... it worked nicely as long as the trans is cool... now how much am i needing to remove before i put the new fluid in? is it 4 quarts/ 1 gallon?
i basically want to get it down low enough so that when i tap the pan for the trans temp it isnt a complete mess

Youre so ghetto. HAHAHA I told you how to flush your trans but here goes again:
1) but 16 quarts of ATF from Chrysler
2) buy two big buckets
3) buy about 10 feet of rubber hose, about 3/8 in diam.
4) buy two hose clamps.
5) hook up 5 feet of the ten foot hose to one of the in/outs on the trans.
6) hook up the other 5 efet of the ten feet to the other one.
7) clamp them.
8) Start the car and keep your hand on the key. Watch to see whichever hose flows out.
9) put that hose into one of the above buckets making sure that bucket is empty.
10) fill up the left over bucket with as much atf as possible.
11) stick the hose that had nothing shoot out into that bucket.
12) start the car and watch your trans fluid come out and watch the other bucket empty.

yep do that^^^ or just drop the pan, you will never get enough out the way your doing it, you will have fluid pouring out of the pan anyways. just drop the pan

Yes there is. You got to drop the pan to get to it. So you'll get some fluid out that way. It's a pretty simple process. Just make certain you use the correct fluid! Go to Chrysler to get it and bring your life savings, haha jk
It may be a good idea to do what I listed up there after you change out your filter.
