Hey guys,
Does anyone else's transmission fluid get really bubbly after driving it hard or just driving 'round with redline shifts?
Mine tends to get that way. The whole entire stick where there is fluid becomes full of bubbles.
My fluid looks perfect. Nice rich red color, 1176 Mopar too.
Is this normal or do i need to get the anti foaming stuff from Chrysler?
Joe
btw - I checked some places online and they mention too much fluid as a cause of this. I do have an auxillary cooler and the stick has a TINY but too much fluid, can that cause this? If so ill figure out a way to drain some of it out at work. Except I wanna make sure I can get some 1176 from Chrysler, we all know how $$$ that is...

Are you getting bubbles on the stick or foam on the stick? Bubbles are okay, even lots of them is no biggie. You need to use the anti-foam additive if you're getting foam though.
