that level10 shiftronic thing says it lets you adjust shift pressure? what exactly is that.... is that like a shift kit? will it let us shift faster?

I'm sure that it means that it will allow you to adjust how "hard" your trans shifts, depending on what comfort level you prefer (the harder the shift, the more it jars the occupants).
