From what ive seen in the build plans or w/e of a tranny it looks "easy". Everything kinda goes in a certain way or it just wont work. Ever remember those toys? Had like a teeball pin thing attached to a base and you put little "donuts" on it. And the shapes went up in descending size. Well, everything kinda goes in and out in a certain order, one thing after another. The only problem you might have is the strict tolerances and torqing bolts on right and shit. I think it'd be something you could learn and definitely make you more of an asset to this section of 2gnt:).

Im sure I could do it but no I havent taken the tranny out or worked on any internal mods, it would be fun though if I had and extra tranny that I could rebuild, but yea follow that list with all the parts on it and your tranny will be BULLETPROOF and ALOT faster
Im not sure how streetable that 3000 stall will be I would probably go with a 2800 max.. but yeah a 3000 would make the tranny a beast
But yeah from the diagrams joe's right looks like everything just slides in in the right order
