Who would be interested in a carbon fiber wing group buy?

I called up some peepz, and they gave me some quick numbers..

If i get a group buy of 5 people:

The CF double wings will be: $240 (retail 350)
The CF singles will be: $220 (retail 300)
Aluminum dobuels will be 120: (retail 200)

I can mix and match as many as I want, as long as i buy more then 5 wings.

If i can get more then 20, pricing should go down again, but i won't get my hopes up for that.

If this goes down, it will go down during/after May.

I know i can do it because Glacius' parents own a shop that we can use to pass the distributor part of the wholesale company! =)

i don't know quality or anything. I just know they were really nice on the phone, and dirt cheap compared to the 500 dollar CF wings i find everywhere else online.

you have to drill new holes and fill in the old ones to prevent water from going in the trunk.

for that cheap, r they really fiberglass w/ a carbon fiber decal?? or can i jump up and down on em, like that vid w/hood.

Wow, that's super cheap if it's real cf. The real cf ones are around 800 for the one that everyone has been getting recently (honda/toyota people, not anyone on this board). Once their wings come out, hopefully someone can confirm the quality of it. I might be in, or I might just also setup a dealer account if it's good quality.

that's a pic of it.. i'm sure you've seen it in a car mag, cuz that's where i found it.

And, i'm not sure if it's all real carbon fiber, or just CF on top of aluminum.. but i know i have found real CF wings for like 500-600 (and then they claim shipping is free). So it seems possible that it's the real thing.

When it comes down to actually ordering, i'll confirm quality and everything.

Evan, it looks like they'll fit the same holes for you.

Anyone know how much it'll cost to ship the wings out individually after i get them?
