Like it says I'm taking my new to me stock 97 neon acr with 180k to the drags friday, just in case anybody cares. I was gonna take the TSi since I got the new 650's in, but it's getting painted. On another note my buddy has a 70 Ford Maverick that he and his dad put a 300 inline 6 in. I guess his dad used to drag one and popped wheelies all over the place, and yes there are pictures to prove. All that they have done, that I know of, is a shaved head with 202(I think) valves and a holley 650 double pumper. I think the compression is supposed to be bumped up to 9.8 or something like that because of the shaved head. They just want to get a base line on how it's running to see how much things improve. While I just want to see what the ol neon will run with 180k miles, I know it feels like it runs better than my old 97 n/t mt talon that ran a best of 16.4. Well if anybody is intrested in the times let me know, or else I won't bore you all.

Well it doesn't look like anybody cares, but I'll post anyway. Best time was...
