Alright I took my baby to the track tonight. Dissapointed would be an understatement. I think I'll put a helmet on and just run naked down the strip next time. I think that would get me better 1/4 times.
All kidding aside, here are my fastest and slowest times:

Hey man, don't worry, my first time wasn't that great either...look at sig VVVVVV To get your car into the 16s will take a lot of work. I think if you added every aftermarket part short of turbo or nos, you still will have problems getting into the 16s if you stay auto. The big power makers are the expensive ones, built all-motor engine, turbod, or nos. Then look at 16s and lower.

Yes, I am definately going to order the final drive gears, as for the shift kit, I've been searching and reading threads about them, but I cannot find a good place to purchase one, or figure out if its something I can install myself easily, or if its something to leave to the pros.
The part that got me the most about racing tonight was I raced a buddy of mine who has a new civic with an Exhaust, Intake, and header, and he was running 16.2's all night long. (manual tranny too the bastard), All of the other Hondas (except the one I beat) were also running 16's with standard bolt ons.
Oh well... Time to start saving for a little turbo action I guess.
BTW, how much would a manual swap cost me? anyone done it?

I don't know about the swap, already 5sp, but if you want real answers to that, post it in the performance section...you don't get very many replies to threads in this forum.

maybe you try getting your 60' times down also...for every tenth of a second you drop off of your 60' time you drop .2-.3 off your quarter mile time. Also...race when it is cool outside. 20 degrees cooler can take off about 1-1.5 seconds.
