is an insane post. cialowicz, a friend of mine on his 3rd audi (currently a 93 urS4) sent it to me. definately one of the coolest things i've seen in a while. it would be neat for Todd to do this for N/A 2gnt's and Dino or Brynden to do it for the turbocharged ones. would be really cool. yeah, it's going to be different for different cars with different mods, but whatever... close enough.

That's a very useful item.
It's far easier to log that data then doing it the labor intensive method, which is dyno the car, find the hp/torque vs. rpm value, and (knowing the final drive and gear ratios) translate that IN EACH GEAR to hp to the wheels, then graph each gear's "hp to the wheels" curve on one graph and see where the lines cross.
Not easy to do. I was thinking about doing this with my car's dyno run, but it's a major pain.
