Im goin to race a SUnfire gt later and im wondering what to launch at and what racing fuel I should use.

I think I can take him he has CAI and exhuast and I have I/e/h and im also manual and hes auto

unless your turbo (which you might be, i dunno) racing fuel isnt gonna help that much i dont think. and i hear the pretty universal way to launch is rev it to 3-4 and feather the clutch.
