A stock GS-T with amnual should still edge you out, since you have an auto tranny. Not by much but I still wouldn't imagine you'd catch him, but I've never had nitrous so I can't be 100% sure.

A 50 shot would give you 190hp, add another 5-10 or something like that for the exhaust and filter. The GS-T will have 210 hp, and the manual.

If I were you I'd wait until it gets hot out and race then (I mean 90 degrees hot). The nitrous is cooling your intake charge (which is one of the reasons it ads so much power) and on a hot day that will still be the case. The stock side mount intercooler for a 2nd generation DSM is not a very good design and heat soaks easily. In that kind of heat his performance should be noticeably worse.

I raced a slightly modded 5 speed GS-T (he had exhaust, intake filter, I think that was it, and maybe a boost controller, I don't remember exactly) over the summer at the drag strip (I don't race on the street). I pulled on him the whole race but it was easily 85-90 degrees out. His intercooler was heat soaked and that might have helped me get he win, but I think my launch had something to do with it too emoji
