K, unfortunatly I live about an hour away from any decent track. If I do drive that hour to Vegas then my car is hot and bothered, and not running to well before I even get on the track. What should I run with the mods listed, and what difference is my turbo with 4-5 psi gonna make.

probably low 16s, with the stereo equipment and heavy rims and tires

turbo at 4 psi should take a second off that, maybe a bit more like high 14s (just a guess though)
