Ok hi im new to this boad and We are gonna race soon and I was wondering who you think would win this race because I dont really know much about eclipses and am very interested about them. Oh, and the eclipse only has exhaust. I have headers , exhaust , CAI , and 160 degree thermostat .thnks for any replies

Id put my money on the camaro...I have a 95 talon and my only mod is a intake (about equal gain as a exhust +/- 3 hp) and it is still slow and prob would do the 1/4 mile in 17+ sec, you are prob in the low-mid 15's

Well , I have not ran my car at the track so I dont know what I run in the 1/8 or the 1/4 mile. Stock my car used to have 160 Hp and 200 lbs of torque. I dont dont know how much HP or torque I have now , I have not dynoed yet.

well you start off with 160hp, eclipse starts with 140 at the crank. dyno both and you will lose hp through the drivetrain. eclipses (non turbo) usually have around 120hp. add in a exhaust and the eclipse will have around 150hp, or about 125 to the wheels.
your car is a 94 3.4L Camaro A4 with 160hp to the crank. youve added a Borla Exhaust(+ 5-15hp), RkSport Headers(+ ~5hp) , and a CAI(+5-8hp). youve got around 180 hp to the crank and prob somewhere neer 150 too the wheels. off the line you would take the eclipse because of your torque. but if the race started from a roll (around 25-35mph)it would be pretty close, but i still would say you would win.
Now if the clipse had the final drive mod and cai and under drive pully...now hed be showin you his tail lights.
oh i made a mistake in my original post, your car does the quarter mile in 16.5-16.9 sec. eclipse autos now are pulin in low 17's with just a cold air intake and exhaust.
