How high should I launch, and where do I shift. I ran a 16.918 at best. I launched at 4k (Slipped the clutch alot) and shifted at 6,800 - 7,000 rpm. I slip the clutch going into 2nd so I don't grind the hell out of it just incase I don't engage all the way.

Slip the clutch when launching, but not in any other gear. 7 grand might be a little bit too high because the power band drops a bit after like 6500. Bang into 2nd and 3rd as fsat as you can and leave it there.
