what's up guys. i just bought 2 10" beymas (all voice speakers). i have a 2400 rockfords for the subs and a multichannel 1500 rockfords. now my question is how do i install the 2 extra speakers on the 1500. what wires goes where and other things i need to know. thanks

ive never heard of that speaker company, but i did a quick search and found a bunch of results. they must be new. i havnt really read up on them at all. ive got a few questions for you just to clarify things:

what does "all voice speakers" mean? are you referring to the voice coils (ohms, resistence, impedence, etc)? or the tonality?

i assume this refers to the wattage output. please list the specific model names so there is no confusion.

from what i can tell, you have a 2400 watt amp powering some subs you already have in the car. you also have another amp (the "1500") powering the other speakers. why do you want to add extra subs onto that amp. if all of the channels are already being used, you cant do this. you dont run highs and subs on the same channel. are your other subs the same beyma 10"s? please clarify how the system is setup now and how you wish to change it. thank you!!!!!!

beyma is a fairly new spanish brand. Supposedly really great sounding. I am looking to purchase a set of their high end components to try out in my car. Beyma makes a 10" and 12" woofer for midrange/midbass. I dont know the specs on them, i just know they make them. Actually have a 3 way component set that has a 12, 6 1/2 and 3" tweet, sumpin crazy like that, dont quote me on it, hehe.

Uh, if you have a 12, 6.5, and 3" tweet those are called home speakers LOL.


You can't have a 12" midbass, that doesn't accoustically work. 12's are for long throw low end and they don't punch the frequence range that a 6.5 or 8 does.

I think they just set up this 3 piece system where the 10" or 12" speaker takes the place of a sub whereas that individual speaker still plays the lows like a sub. I think it's just designed not to be so boomy, and more for SQ.

Yeah its all for the sq, IMO. I agree with ya. but i would still want to run a subwoofer with that kit. anyway, we need to quit arguing the fact that they exist or wtf they are for and try to help the guy out. spl was right we need more amplifier information. I think that those speakers wouldnt really be worth it unless you can mount them in your front stage, but thats just my opinion.
