I haven't mounted it well.... I don't know what kind of materials to use ?!?!?

I wanna know what should I use to stick the wire to the A-pillar plastic?

take a flat-head screwdriver and cover it with a washcloth (to make it no so sharp). pry back the edge of the a-piller that touches the glass, and use your fingers to push the wire into the cavity.

as for exposed wiring, there really isnt anything that is attractive, sorry, lol. once you run the wire down the a-piller, see if you have enough room to run it under the dash and out to the cig lighter, like i said in your other post.
