I'm looking to buy these today, anyone know if I'll have any problems getting them in the door?

Should, don't see why not. YOu'll probably have to mod the bejesus out of your brackets like I did, but they'll fit depth wise. My Polk MOMO M6's are deeper than that.

they wont be a direct replacement but you can make them work without too much trouble.

yeah they will BUT the tweeters won't, you'll have to mod it somehow.....I highly reccomend tearing apart the grill on the factory pieces of trash and putting a dab of glue on the grill to a cup to hold the tweet inside....did this method w/my polk dB's and they don't rattle or anything, sound great!

ALso, this keeps people from being able to look into yoru windshield and see (in your case) a higher end speaker system has been installed...
