After I changed my HU my radio reception went to shit..is there anything I can do to boost it without putting one of those gay balls on my antenna?

simply put: no. an antenna is just a bunch of wire that pics up radio waves in the air. the HU determins how to interpritate and amplify these waves. ive seen "antenna boosters" before, but have never seen any noticable improvment w/ them before. you could always buy a better antenna though. emoji

:shhh: i do cocaine :/shhh:

Our antennas are powered (I'm not talking about motorized ones), they actually have current going to them for better reception. So, you CAN increase your reception quality w/ a better antenna, check eBay.
