MMATS makes a 1400 watt amp. It comes in a couple different models, depending on your speakers. It is kinda pricey ($579) but it is the best of the best for the price right now. It's pretty hard finding 1400 watts that are this good, for the price. About the enclosure, someone posted a while back that they would send out plans for the false floor, so you could probably search for that. Seeing the flame on the basket, and the top of the sub is gonna be difficult, I can only think of 1 way to do it, and that would be to put a piece of MDF (?) right behind the back seat, and mount the sub in it with a 15" hole. I don't know if AudioBahns are free-air, but you would still have to lay your back seat down to see the front of the sub. Sounds like you have a kickin system going, good luck on it.
P.S. - The new Rockford Fosgate HX2's, and that MMAT's 1400 watt amp kicks. It was setup in an S-10, and it helped finish cracking my windshield while he was next to me. (Added 8 inches to it)
*EDIT* You could remove your floor (cheesy cardboard/fiberboard) in the hatch, build a new one out of MDF (?), and just build a box for the sub, without a bottom to it, and use the floor for the bottom. Just an idea, would be kinda hard to remove for the track. Any help refining it would be appreciated, this is the setup I'm going to use.
