Well last night I got my stock cd player out of my friends eclipse. I nstalled it back into my eclipse I hooked all the colors to each other there was only one wire left over it was grey w/ black strip. I got it all together went to turn the car over and no lights nothing the cd player wouldnt come on I checked all the fuse's i hooked the wire up to see if it was a ground, still nothing im baffled on it not lights doesnt even say code but when i turned my headlights on the cd play lights up(Buttons) HELP!

all show, no go!

I think you may have two wires screwed up make sure the power wire isnt hooked up to the dimmer wire because thats what it sound like you did.
