I would always bust my knuckles on whatever was plugged into my cigarette lighter when I would shift, and I had an iPod that i wanted to mount. So i cut a whole in my dash, installed another lighter adapter and boom, over 2000 songs on my dash. i still want to run the audio cable down the back so it's not so messy, but I'll get a new head unit with audio-in on the back...




any suggestions on what head unit to get that has an audio-in?

I think thats pretty cool. If your looking for a head unit with audio inputs, my friend just got a jenson cd player with a 1/8th" (headphone jack) input on the front. Im sure there are lots of companies that have the input youll need.

I know pioneer makes headunits with aux inputs...I think its the premier series.
