what is the best sound dampening material? i have heard that the spray shit can warp the metal and even eat the plastic... any ideas cause i really get tired of hearing the water spray up into the wheel wells in back when it rains. thanks

Im putting in High Temp Mastic when i get home. Pretty much the same exact thing as dynamat without the name. its like 1/4 of the price. Im also planning on spraying the mastic with the spray stuff as another layer.

Yeah, are cars are kinda loud.. Dont dampen much sound. You just lay that stuff in below the carpet or something? I gotta get it quieter in the cab.. Its annoying as all hell.. That and the damn sunroof creaks.. Ack, thank god I got a loud stereo. :o)
