yes: heres what you will need to do:

go buy a factory wiring harness for the back of the radio. you can probably get them at satan, and i know you can get them at best buy/ CC/any car audio shop. just ask for the harness you would need if you spliced yourse to hell. then go buy a wiring harness for adding an aftermarket headunit to the accord. now you have two harnness to splice together, the accord one will plug into the factory harness inside the accords dash, and the other one will plug into the back of the headunit from the 'clipse. use www.installdr.com to get wiring code to help you match up wires.

after you get the wiring down, youll have to figure out a way to mount the headunit. im willing to bet at leas a few of the holes will line up on the stock mounting bracket, so you may just have to hunt for screws in order to secure it. if nothing lines up, go buy a roll of "plumbers tape" from lowes et al. its that same thing as radio back-strap, just a thin ribbon of metal w/ holes punched in it. use that to "hang" and support the new headunit from the factory holes. it will take a bit of work, but it shouldnt be a huge hassle.

on a side note: this is all assuming that the vehicals are equiped w/ the "base" stereos. if theres any fancy stuff like speakers w/ a lower-than-normal impedence or extra amps or anything it may not work. also, you can cut your factory harness out of the eclipse to use on the headunit and splice directly into the accords wires without using an adapter if you would like. that way it would be free, but you would not be able to return either car to stock very simply.

:shhh: i do cocaine :/shhh:
