it has three wires: red (constant), black (ground), and yellow (ignition-grounded when engine is off). i already have the ground but i am wondering where the other two wires connect to. should i jus connct the red directly to the battery or is there another source that has constant 12V. and the yellow i have no idea which one to connect it to. i tried the black/white in the ignition but that didnt work.
yes i know its kinda ricey not having an alarm and using a fake scanner but my car's mirrors were busted off recently and i just need sumthing while i save up for a real alarm. TIA!!
