Sorry, but I'm not familiar with McMaster. I will give you a recommendation on your choice of "Dynamat".

I've used Dynamat Extreme in my car and I've used Tsunami's Silencer. I really like the Silencer product. It is far superior to Dynamat, in my opinion, and is reasonably priced.

Here's some technical info about how the silencer works. Unlike some products who use weight to get rid of rattles and noise, Tsunami's product actually converts the "noise" to a low-level heat, which is disipated throughout the car.

It's a fantastic product and I would highly recommend it for your ride!

Good info thanks. Is there a particular place you would recommend getting it from?

I sell it at Circuit City. It's resonably priced. I used the door kits, which covered 12 square feet of metal.

Good luck to ya!

Your looking for part # 9709T19 from McMaster Carr. Its an adhesive backed asphalt based dampner just like the original dynamat.
