i *think* they make a harness for just that, but im not entirely sure....my knowledge of the infinity sysyem is close to nothing.
check www.autotoys.com , they usually have a great selection of harnesses at a good price. also, www.installdr.com was supposed to come out with a section on upgrading the infinity system; i dont know if they ever got it up there though.
edit: bah! i just went to installdr under the "tech docs" section...its still says that the infinity information write-up is unavailable. i really wish they would get that done, its going to be the ONLY definitive source for info on that subject (that i have found).

If you remove your passenger seat, the amplifier is under there. Simply, run speaker wires from the headunit to the amplifier and hook them up.
If you are using aftermarket speakers, just run the speaker wires form the headunit directly to the speakers. If you are using stock speakers, run the wires to the amp. There should be 6 pairs of speaker wires coming out of the amp. One pair for the rears, one for the doors and one for the tweeters. Make a jumper wire for the front and tweeters and place a capicator (bass blocker) on the tweeter wires. This will help keep you from blowing them.
Good luck to ya!
I'm an idiot and can't read. I left the post on here for people who want to bypass their factory Infinity amp.

In order to wire the amplifier to the stock head unit, you will have to get a line level converter, such as an AMI LC502CL. Circuit City sells them for $20.
You can install the line level converter at the speakers or the amplifier. Personally, I find it really easy to install at the amplifier.
