I've got new tweeters and I am putting them in the factory location (in the dash) but the holes are too big.. so my tweeters don't really fit in at all. Does anyone have a recommended way of getting them to fix or know if someone makes a kit for Eclipse/Talons for this.

You need to remove the grill from the stock tweeter. You remove it by heating up the tabs with your solder iron and snapping the grill off of the plastic ring. Once that is removed, you will be able to "glue" the new tweeter into it's place. You might have to use some abs or some backstrapping.
The best type of glue to use if GOOP. It will not loosen up over time and allow the tweeter to fall into the dash.
I have done thim many times with my customer's cars and it always works.

Here's some more detailed steps for installing aftermarket tweeters. I might miss a few, since I'm doing this from memory:
--Bend the clips that hold the grill to the speaker.
--Melt the speaker ring in the four hold-down spots with a solder iron. They will loosen up and the ring will seperate from the speaker.
--Determine which mounting method you will use for the new tweeters. In some models, they will provide you with a bracket that screws to the back of the tweeter housing and then wraps towards the top of the speaker. If this is the case...glue the tweeter to the ring...reinstall the grill and mount in the car.
In other cases, you will have to use a piece of ABS, with a hole cut in it for the speaker. Flush mount the speaker in the ABS and them glue that to the stock speaker trim ring.
