hey guys, some one told me that my speakers are blown but im not sure, how do i check or know when my speakers are blown????

that depends. what makes you think that they mihgt be blown?

what *usually* happens when a speaker "blows" is that its voice coil gets warped/shorted out. to test this: set the speaker on a level surface and apply EVEN pressure to the cone. if you hear a scraping sound you know its bad. you shouldnt hear anything at all, and the cone should move fluidly when you press down on it. dont press very hard, and down press it down beyond its linear expention capabilities.
