has anyone wired there alarms to open and close there power windows?? what relays are needed??

The easiest and probably cheapest way (as apposed to buying a bunch of relays, because they are expensive) is to buy a window modulator off eBay, it's simple to do if you put in alarms or door locks before.

Directed Electronics(DEI), makes a special power window interface module to wire an alarm to your power windows. Each module controls 2 windows, in the up and down positons. All you need is one available output channel from your alarm system.
