I have a pioneer head unit DEH-P7200 (45x4) would I have any problems watts wise that is , if I get them ??? TIA I am sorry I dont know anything about audio

nope, those will work just fine. ive always been a fan of pioneer coaxials for thier price/perfermence ratio (except for those "horn" 6x9s they have, ugg!), so it sounds like you got a good deal. emoji
